Terrible healthcare service with unhelpful staff

Customer service is subpar, with phone lines constantly congested and impossible to reach. The practice manager displays an antagonistic demeanor that deliberately agitates patients. While some receptionists are helpful and accommodating, others are distinctly unhelpful. Currently, the practice is severely understaffed with only a single general practitioner available. Urgent improvements are critically needed. Appointment scheduling is extremely delayed, often stretching to weeks or even months. I've personally experienced dangerous gaps in my medication supply directly resulting from the practice's inefficiencies.
