Terrible healthcare service with zero customer care

Indifferent and incompetent Medical Practice Their appointment booking system is a mess, sending incorrect links and then arbitrarily canceling scheduled visits without any remorse or effort to make amends. I've been left waiting for three weeks just to consult a doctor. When patients voice legitimate concerns, their response is to suggest finding another practice instead of addressing the issue professionally. Upon highlighting their repeated failures, they responded with intimidating threats of a "zero tolerance" policy, effectively dismissing my valid complaints.
