Terrible healthcare service with zero patient support

The most FRUSTRATING medical practice I've ever encountered. Getting an appointment is practically impossible - I can't obtain my medication and needed to consult a doctor about changes, but scheduling was a nightmare. After weeks of waiting, I finally secured an appointment - with zero text reminders and absolutely no communication. The subsequent appointment, which was merely to discuss medication, took additional WEEKS. They didn't clarify it was an in-person consultation - so when I didn't physically appear, I sat by my phone in the office, and the GP made no effort to contact me, despite clearly seeing from my records how desperately I needed to speak with someone after waiting over a month. When I inquired why the GP hadn't called, the receptionist informed me I was expected to take HALF A DAY off work for these brief 10-minute appointments. This is post-pandemic, after years of convenient phone and video consultations. Completely unacceptable. I've never experienced such consistently poor service, and I essentially have NO meaningful healthcare access. The situation feels genuinely dangerous, and I'm deeply concerned for other patients in this area who are similarly unable to receive proper care and support. If possible, I would rate this ZERO stars.
