Steer clear! We've been attempting to schedule appointments for three months without success. Their communication is abysmal, and they provide zero guidance without a booked consultation. The customer service team displays complete indifference. They constantly redirect patients to 111 instead of actually helping secure an appointment date. Actively seeking a new general practitioner.
