The appointment scheduling process here is absolutely horrendous. You're instructed to call at 8:30, but the phone lines are perpetually jammed. Even if you manage to get through after persistent attempts, all available slots are already taken! The most effective strategy is to select option 5 (for miscellaneous inquiries) and keep requesting alternative options, which ultimately connects you to the receptionists who should have initially responded on option 1 (a helpful insider tip). The problems with Laburnum's system are so numerous and complex that they're challenging to fully articulate. My mother, who has been a long-standing patient at this practice, is now compelling us to explore alternative medical facilities to guarantee she receives appropriate healthcare from her general practitioner. Avoid registering with this surgery at all costs.
