Terrible healthcare system fails patients completely

Those who lack English skills or internet proficiency are essentially condemned, with all standard medical consultation routes now blocked. Whenever you visit the general practitioner, they offer zero practical assistance. Their sole task of patient intake now consists of simply instructing you to go online and schedule an appointment. These 6 staff members are essentially collecting salaries just to redirect patients to digital booking systems. These regulations are completely senseless and designed exclusively to benefit the clinic's staff convenience. The situation is utterly deplorable.
