Terrible healthcare system leaves patients frustrated and hopeless

The wait to consult a physician is an excruciating two weeks. I endured a 30-minute phone hold, initially positioned at number 7 in the queue. Upon reaching the front of the line, I was abruptly disconnected. Forced to restart the entire process, I again spent half an hour waiting. While I understand the challenges of recent years, it's evident that this current system is fundamentally broken. The frustration is palpable - individuals are losing hope, feeling abandoned and unheard. This systemic failure predates the pandemic and has persisted far too long. Something must change, as the current approach is simply unsustainable and deeply demoralizing.
