Terrible healthcare with endless waiting and frustration

Update: Waiting 3 months for a blood test appointment due to a data breach that limited care to emergencies only. Patients are forced to repeatedly phone every fortnight to check on their status (as if the clinic would proactively update them...). After enduring a 30-minute wait on-site, patients are then informed that the blood test system is non-functional and must reschedule... yet another 3 weeks later! Absolutely ridiculous. If alternative medical practices are available, I strongly recommend avoiding this one! While the staff certainly deserve respectful treatment, patients are apparently disposable (with the helpful suggestion to visit A&E instead!). Never spending less than 20 minutes trapped in a phone queue to reach reception. Even calling precisely at 8am when lines open means being 17th in line. They desperately need additional phone staff or, even better, implement online appointment booking. Sincerely appreciate a solution!
