Terrible healthcare with no compassion or patient care

I am deeply disappointed with this medical practice's approach to patient care. They appear to completely disregard patients as individuals, displaying a shocking lack of compassion. Having been diagnosed with thyroid cancer, I underwent a partial thyroidectomy and was advised to undergo hormone tests. The hospital's letter clearly indicated that my blood test results required hormone pill prescription from my GP. However, when I presented this documentation, they coldly stated they would take up to 10 working days to address it, despite my clearly poor health. Prior to surgery, I consulted my doctor about persistent insomnia, which he dismissively attributed to cancer-related stress. Despite knowing my thyroid complications, he offered no substantive medical guidance, instead suggesting expensive online therapy - a response that demonstrates remarkable clinical inflexibility. Attempting to schedule an appointment is practically impossible, with phone lines perpetually jammed in the morning. Furthermore, I continue to experience unresolved abdominal pain, with repeated tests yielding no meaningful insights. My NHS app medical record is equally problematic, incorrectly stating that my thyroid cancer is resolved - a dangerous misrepresentation, given that I am still awaiting additional surgery and treatment. While there are numerous additional concerns, I strongly recommend patients seriously consider transferring practices, particularly when confronting significant health challenges.
