Terrible healthcare with unhelpful staff and zero support

The absolute worst GP Practice I have ever been registered with. Following another distressing encounter last week, I feel driven to share this review. Last Sunday, I experienced excruciating gum or tooth pain. Unsure of the cause, I consulted the pharmacist and 111 for guidance. Both advised me to contact my doctor, obtain pain relief, and see a dentist once the pain and inflammation subsided. The following day, I completed Grove's online form and returned to London seeking an emergency appointment. I explained my situation and expected availability by 1pm. I received a text stating they wouldn't see me and suggested seeing a dentist. The dentist referred me back to the doctor. I called Grove, and the receptionist promised to resend my form for a 2pm doctor callback. No call arrived! At 5pm, the receptionist called, with the doctor seemingly confused about my location and suggesting a call during the week. When I expressed frustration, explaining my form's detailed context, the receptionist abruptly ended the call, apparently considering my response rude. I was simply seeking clarity on why no immediate medical assistance was provided. Another incident involved a severe back injury leaving me bedridden. Crying in pain and terrified, I called for an appointment. The receptionist suggested calling an ambulance, which refused to respond. Four hours later, neighbours helped me to A&E. Within an hour, A&E staff indicated I should have consulted my local GP. Fortunately, an emergency GP finally prescribed pain and anti-inflammatory medication. The Grove online system appears designed to prevent doctor consultations, with receptionists serving as an additional barrier. I've repeatedly abandoned attempts to secure medical attention, finding the experience profoundly distressing. Most egregiously, doctors treated me for a UTI, prescribing antibiotics for over two years despite consistently negative test results. I independently discovered my perimenopausal status and potential oestrogen deficiency. The final insult came from a female doctor who initially resisted HRT prescription, making the outrageous claim that women over 50 historically didn't engage in sexual activity. Her comment was shockingly inappropriate. Avoid this practice at all costs. Securing an appointment is virtually impossible.
