Terrible healthcare with zero compassion for patients

Utterly terrible customer service. Booking an appointment is impossible, and by the time you manage to get through, all slots are already taken, a problem that persists daily. The receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful towards my mother, clearly taking advantage of her limited English skills - a completely unacceptable way to treat patients! Truly disgraceful.
