Terrible healthcare with zero customer communication

Their service is utterly deplorable. Communication attempts through digital channels are consistently disregarded, despite repeated attempts to reach out. I've tried engaging via their online platform and email, yet received zero acknowledgment. Moreover, their appointment system is incredibly restrictive — they exclusively provide last-minute "urgent" time slots, even for persistent medical concerns. The lack of consistent patient care and genuine attentiveness is remarkable. This experience is profoundly exasperating and completely unacceptable.
