Terrible healthcare with zero customer service skills

Building upon Marco's observations and adding my own experience, today's receptionist was utterly ineffective, prefacing every negative statement with a timid "I'm afraid..." When I pointed out that other medical practices were offering in-person consultations, her dismissive response was simply, "well we're not". She was also quick to rule out Saturday appointments. And that seems to be that... These comments were originally penned two years ago, and I never imagined this practice could deteriorate further. Their waiting room consistently sits empty, yet securing an appointment is seemingly impossible. I submitted a straightforward written request, and over a month later, I'm still awaiting even a basic acknowledgment, let alone a resolution. The service is so monumentally terrible that "I'm afraid" I must award zero stars, and I absolutely would not support any salary increase for this complete organizational disaster.
