The quality of this medical practice has significantly deteriorated. The front desk personnel answer calls with an attitude of disinterest and apparent unwillingness to assist patients or address their concerns. The constant rotation of physicians means patients must repeatedly recount their entire medical history at each visit, preventing comprehensive and continuous care. When you require a doctor who understands your medical background to complete important documentation, this becomes impossible. Furthermore, the practice fails to promptly communicate test results to patients. It's genuinely disheartening to witness the decline in professional standards and the erosion of patient-centered care that once defined this healthcare facility.
