Terrible healthcare with zero patient support

Scheduling an appointment is a major challenge, and they persistently push patients towards their malfunctioning Dr. IQ application. Moreover, the personnel consistently dismiss my concerns, falsely claiming my medication is set for automatic renewal when it clearly is not. I'm forced to repeatedly contact them (assuming they even answer) to request my essential medication. During my most recent interaction, they abruptly terminated the call.
