Terrible medical advice and unprofessional practitioner service

I consulted my personal healthcare provider who advised me to undergo an ultrasound and blood work to investigate my current health concerns. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment online with Royal Arsenal Riverside Medical Centre. During the subsequent phone consultation, the Practitioner asked minimal substantive questions and abruptly determined that no diagnostic tests were necessary. Despite my expressing intentions to conceive, they persistently recommended contraceptive medication. When I highlighted the standard protocol of conducting preliminary blood tests before prescribing such medication, the Practitioner dismissively claimed I was challenging their professional expertise and promptly terminated our conversation. The situation is absolutely absurd! These are government-funded medical professionals whose salaries are directly funded by taxpayer contributions. How can such seemingly incompetent practitioners be permitted to provide medical advice that appears so fundamentally misguided and potentially harmful to patients?!?!
