Poor

Terrible medical care and disrespectful staff

Greetings. I want to share my long-standing experiences with this medical facility, and unfortunately, my impressions are quite negative. The staff genuinely need to improve their approach to patient care and professional service. I initially sought help for my headache issues years ago, but all attempts were futile, with prescribed treatments consistently ineffective. Recently, I approached the doctors about my depression, and they dismissed my concerns, claiming I wasn't suffering—despite my clear understanding of my condition. I found their inability to recognize my mental state deeply insulting and shocking. Such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Multiple times, including an instance with my father, we were forced to wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. My father, who typically arrives early, was repeatedly told by the receptionist to sit and wait, even after the designated time had passed. This treatment is simply unacceptable and requires immediate attention. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this facility. The 2.7-star rating from July 2019 should provide sufficient insight into their subpar services. The only positive aspect is being able to leave quickly. I consistently feel that the staff views me as an inconvenience and shows minimal respect. Despite the overwhelming negativity, I acknowledge that I generally complete my necessary medical tasks, and the nurses seem more compassionate compared to the doctors and receptionists. I would have rated them three stars, but that would be overly generous given their inadequate and unprofessional conduct, which far outweighs any positive aspects. TL;DR: Poor attitudes, substandard performance, and a significant lack of professional respect. Thank you for reading.
