Terrible medical care and unprofessional staff nightmare

I recently decided to switch medical practices after experiencing months of substandard care. A junior doctor claimed he would follow up on a speculative virus diagnosis but never did. The medical team consistently mishandled or mislabeled blood samples and failed to communicate positive results. During a consultation, Dr Bolinrawi casually revealed a positive test result without providing any guidance or support. I was compelled to seek private treatment. The private physician requested tests to be conducted at my current practice to control expenses. However, a nameless GP through reception dismissed the private physician's request, citing NHS unavailability. When I inquired about specific tests, the doctor had already left (at 1pm). Instead of scheduling a pointless appointment, we agreed the private physician would send a cover note for blood work. A new Wells Park receptionist then informed me that none of the requested tests were possible. The staff appear friendly but seem untrained and inefficient, frequently abandoning the front desk mid-conversation. While underfunding and inadequate training are likely contributors, I believe systemic negligence is fundamentally depriving patients of the quality healthcare they deserve.
