Terrible medical care destroying young man's hope

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and compassion in this medical practice that claims to help people. On 23.04.2025, my 20-year-old son once again sought assistance for his ongoing, unaddressed medical issue that has persisted for nearly two years. Rather than conducting a thorough investigation and recommending an MRI scan, he was dismissively told to simply find employment as a solution to his problems. How can someone experiencing such intense arm pain—unable to lift a phone, write with a pen, ride a bike or scooter, or even hold a book—possibly secure employment! Is belittling a vulnerable young person truly considered an appropriate professional response to a medical concern? It is utterly disgraceful that an individual bearing the title of "doctor" would respond so callously to a patient, especially a young man who is genuinely seeking help and desperately wants to improve his condition specifically to become employable and live a normal life. I am deliberately omitting the doctor's name, recognizing the unique nature of my son's situation and the likelihood of limited similar cases. I am devastated! Shame on these so-called medical professionals who have no right to call themselves doctors!
