Avoid becoming a patient at this general practice. Their quality of care has significantly deteriorated. They are inefficient with scheduling follow-up consultations and processing referrals. Appointments are consistently behind schedule, and for patients with serious illnesses, they seem indifferent about monitoring progress or arranging proper aftercare. My mother's lung cancer was diagnosed at such a late stage that treatment became impossible, despite her repeated attempts to have her persistent cough examined. When I needed hospital referrals, I was inexplicably directed to distant medical centers, while other patients received faster, more convenient local referrals. Their appointment system is completely unreliable - they provide time slots but routinely fail to see patients within the designated timeframe and are unresponsive when patients attempt to contact them.
