Terrible medical care leaves patient feeling frustrated

A completely unacceptable medical practice. I've recently been discharged following heart surgery, and the situation leading up to this has been utterly frustrating. I've been awaiting a neurologist-prescribed medication for my Parkinson's condition since February 22nd. When my husband went to deliver the cardiology letter to the clinic, he inquired about the prescribed medication. The receptionist, sporting bright red lipstick, dismissively refused to answer questions through the service window, stating that she might phone to resolve the issue if she felt inclined. She then abruptly shut the hatch. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. I'm eager to find alternative healthcare providers, and it seems I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with this clinic's deplorable service.
