Terrible medical care that could cost lives

I reluctantly feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with this medical practice. There are serious issues that need addressing. The reception staff epitomize the worst stereotypes of GP receptionists. It's incomprehensible how they can be so insensitive, knowing patients are already stressed about potential health problems. These staff members desperately need comprehensive mental health awareness and customer service training. The management should seriously reconsider their recruitment and professional development strategies. The doctors' approach is equally problematic. The medical team demonstrates a shocking lack of genuine care. My family has previously suffered from their dismissive attitude, with one instance involving a patient whose cancer reached stage 4 after repeatedly being told their persistent pain was merely muscular - a devastating misdiagnosis. Personally, I've experienced this inconsistent care firsthand. While one doctor (Dr. Ali) was exceptional and thoroughly engaged with my concerns, the subsequent physicians have been disappointingly unprofessional. One doctor's solution was simplistically telling me to lose weight, avoiding a proper investigation into my symptoms. Another young doctor arbitrarily declared a scheduled physical examination unnecessary, only for the same examination to be requested two months later. This surgery is fundamentally dysfunctional. Urgent systemic changes are imperative. The sole bright spot remains Dr. Ali, who demonstrated the professional commitment patients rightfully expect from healthcare providers.
