Terrible medical care that leaves patients frustrated

I've reached my breaking point. I'm actively seeking a new medical practice for myself and my daughter, as I can no longer tolerate staying here. Despite always trying to be understanding, I feel consistently disappointed by their services. While I've encountered a few genuinely friendly and helpful staff members and doctors during phone calls, their quality is frustratingly inconsistent. I'm simply not satisfied enough to remain. Obtaining sick notes has been a persistent struggle. The communication is abysmal. I have two herniated discs and suffer from sciatic flare-ups, which they seemingly dismiss as insignificant. When I attempted to discuss my mental health and depression, they showed zero interest - thankfully, my personal support network has been crucial. No one appears concerned about the psychological aspects of my health. My recent sick note request has been completely ignored for months, with zero response. Acquiring medication for my conditions feels like an impossible task. Inexplicably, my repeat prescription has suddenly stopped, and despite submitting a request, I've received no acknowledgment. I'm left at home, suffering, with no clear recourse. The communication challenges are compounded by rarely answered phone lines and inconsistent online consultation availability. They would abruptly shut down the e-consult system early in the day, which defies logic. I have no personal vendetta, but the overall operation of this surgery is unbearable. If you've had positive experiences with their doctors and nurses, consider yourself extremely fortunate.
