Terrible medical care with endless frustrating appointments

This medical practice in Essex is undoubtedly among the most subpar I've encountered. While some might dismiss one-star reviews as mere complaints, the quality of this surgery has consistently deteriorated over time. Their appointment booking process is incredibly frustrating, with a web app that forces patients to wait weeks for mental health consultations. They send out extensive forms requiring detailed information, yet the doctors seem completely unaware of the purpose or context of these questions, and nothing appears to be properly documented in their system. At this moment, I'm still sitting in the waiting room 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time because the doctor made errors on my prescription, neglecting to include my regular medication. I only discovered this oversight when I requested a printed copy. It's absolutely ridiculous. If any alternative existed, I would switch immediately, but this is our sole local surgery. The lack of healthcare options should not justify such poor service and the unnecessary stress they inflict on the community they're meant to support.
