Terrible medical care with zero compassion and help

Our family has endured consistently THE most subpar medical care imaginable. The physician habitually interrupts patients, abruptly terminates calls, and dismissively suggests going to the ER if symptoms seem serious. During my visit for bladder concerns, I received medical guidance that directly contradicts gynecological recommendations - a potentially hazardous practice. When I was hospitalized last year for a severe infection, my specialist requested blood work, but upon contacting my GP, they flatly refused to provide the necessary paperwork. My specialist even noted I seemed to have an obstructive doctor, ultimately requiring a written email request for authorization. Virtual consultations are non-existent, and their online presence is practically nil. Phone appointments are strictly limited to 10 minutes, after which they unceremoniously disconnect. Their lack of empathy is astounding. The sole reason they earn even a single star is the front desk staff's friendliness and willingness to assist if you know precisely what to ask. I'm definitely switching providers, though finding a genuinely competent NHS surgery in this area appears challenging.
