Terrible medical center with unprofessional staff nightmare

I'd give a 0 if I could. The woman at the reception is incredibly discourteous, and her coworker is equally immature. They show no empathy for patients and dismissively push them aside. Their demeanor and communication resemble that of high school students manning the front desk. Paramedic nearly used a soiled ear thermometer on me, but I noticed the wax and asked if she would change it first. Utterly reprehensible service. This occurred some time ago. Today's incident: it took almost 90 minutes to get through, and Chloe at reception laughed when I explained the delay. This is neither professional nor what a patient anticipates after spending extensive time scheduling an appointment. Frankly, the front desk staff have no idea how to interact with patients. Edit: I scheduled a blood test in early July for month's end, but they altered the appointment without notifying me. The blood testing physician offered no assistance, claiming she was too busy to help me resolve the issue. These doctors seem to have lost all sense of care. Me: (entering after being called) Hello Her: sit there I observed her collecting three blood tubes and inquired about the reason and whether it matched my request. She replied that she simply follows the doctor's instructions. Clearly, she knew exactly what she was doing. Her abrupt and unwelcoming comments are inappropriate, especially considering patients are already feeling vulnerable due to health concerns. The minimum expectation is a courteous reception, regardless of personal feelings.
