Terrible medical phone service with endless frustration

Deeply let down by their sluggish and needlessly complex phone support. The staff proved to be remarkably unhelpful, consistently brushing off concerns and providing conflicting guidance that only added to the mounting frustration, especially when dealing with critical medical matters. Securing an appointment feels like an exercise in futility, with waiting times stretching so far into the future that your health concerns either deteriorate significantly or miraculously resolve on their own. My advice: seek alternatives.
