Utterly appalling. The personnel are discourteous. This practice has completely transformed, and not for the better. I've been a long-time patient here since childhood (over two decades), but now I'm compelled to seek care elsewhere. Every single attempt to schedule an appointment resulted in being left on hold for more than 40 minutes. On three separate occasions, I've been forced to contact emergency services (111) because the physicians refused to examine my sick children. Invariably, 111 would secure an appointment, only for the doctor to declare no treatment possible, ultimately leading to an emergency room visit that same night. The level of service is absolutely disgraceful.
