Terrible medical practice with awful patient care

Absolutely dreadful medical practice. The receptionist (Cath, an elderly redhead) was hostile and falsely suggested I was fabricating my medication needs (apparently due to concerns about drug seekers). Attempting to file a complaint was practically impossible, and the manager was perpetually unavailable to address concerns. Their appointment system was utterly chaotic. Patients were required to enter, receive a number, and wait endlessly just to schedule another appointment at the reception desk. Moreover, patients were effectively trapped inside (I was confined for nearly three hours). Dr. Obilande seemed pleasant, and I genuinely sympathized with her, given the surgery's abysmal management. I ultimately returned to my previous healthcare provider because the experience was so horrendous, particularly after being treated with utter disdain by Cath regarding my essential epilepsy medication. Significant systemic reforms are crucial if this practice hopes to deliver acceptable care for both patients and its medical staff.
