Terrible medical practice with endless scheduling nightmares

I'm utterly frustrated with this medical practice's continuous series of incompetent interactions! Went in for a blood test where the initial staff member couldn't even draw blood, so they rescheduled me with a practice nurse. After four weeks of hearing nothing, I proactively called to confirm everything was okay. To my shock, the receptionist cryptically hinted at an unspecified problem, refusing to elaborate without an appointment. I was then given a telephone consultation scheduled for 4pm, but no call came until 4:22pm - when I was abruptly told the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow. Apparently, the healthcare assistant had an emergency, but why wasn't I informed earlier in the day instead of 22 minutes past my original time? The proposed replacement slot is ridiculously vague, spanning from 9 to 12, which is completely impractical for someone with work commitments! I've previously attempted to raise concerns with the practice manager, but he's seemingly unavailable, working remotely. I'm now seriously considering escalating this to PALS or the CQC. One can only hope none of us have any serious medical issues in the meantime, given their shocking level of disorganization!
