Terrible medical practice with frustrating scheduling system

We genuinely attempted to give this practice a fair shot. With a fresh location, new staff, and a pristine facility, we hoped the previous negative reviews were outdated. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Contacting anyone seems virtually impossible on any given day. Scheduling an appointment, even just one day ahead, is completely unattainable. You would expect an online system to handle advance bookings, but no. The so-called "app" (which is merely a webpage icon on your smartphone, clearly designed by amateur college students) perpetually displays "unavailable". After countless login attempts, I've only managed to secure two appointments out of approximately 15 tries. The system essentially collapses after 9:30 a.m., explicitly stating: "Site closed due to daily capacity". Effectively, you have a mere 90-minute window to schedule your GP appointments, with zero option for advance booking. It's absolutely absurd. To further compound the frustration, the staff have repeatedly committed errors during our two appointments and follow-ups. During a routine blood test, they incorrectly scheduled the appointment, forcing me to waste hours at the hospital while the GP resolved the issue. The lab staff even explained the scheduling mistake, and when I requested they document this procedural error, I was either completely ignored via email or met with defensive phone responses. Every interaction with the office felt like we were an unwelcome nuisance, constantly being urged to "just use the app" - which isn't even a real app and is monumentally ineffective. Sigh. I sincerely hope others fare better than we did.
