Terrible medical practice with horrible customer service

I despise contacting this practice. I've endured illnesses rather than reach out & have only communicated on family's behalf. Telephone communication is an absolute exercise in futility. Excessively lengthy announcements before being trapped in a queue. The front desk staff appear trained to be hypersensitive, condescending 'ladies'. Should you express any justified frustration at the ABYSMAL service or highlight ANY mistakes on THEIR side (while remaining courteous) you're patronisingly told that you ARE being rude and offensive and they can terminate the call?! They demonstrate zero ability to multitask or handle criticism professionally and seem incredibly quick to take offence at the slightest provocation - I recognize this isn't uncommon nowadays but higher standards are expected from medical receptionists. One wonders how these individuals ever passed an interview. Requested a straightforward updated medication list for mother's blue badge application from the receptionist, only to be informed I must book a 'doctors appointment' to obtain it??!! Booking a doctors appointment is practically impossible!! What an utterly pointless doctors appointment that would be anyway. They'll CALL you about a 'pre-booked' vaccination appointment though - because they're compensated for that, so…Hmm 🤔 This surgery desperately requires new physicians… several look like they've emerged from a crypt, are incredibly patronizing and I personally couldn't comprehend why patients were STILL mandated to mask up while with the doctor when the doctor wasn't wearing one??!! Seriously?! So you must protect the doctor (from something he's evidently not concerned about 🤔), by wearing a mask but this 'prescription pusher' is exempt? I'm uncertain the term 'doctor' even applies anymore. This practice demands investigation.
