I've been associated with this medical practice for three decades, and I'm utterly shocked by its comprehensive decline. The entire operation appears to be a complete facade, staffed by a collection of incompetent personnel. Across all departments, the staff demonstrate a profound lack of empathy and an inability to maintain clear, reliable communication. I have formally reported this surgery to the Care Quality Commission and strongly urge others to do the same. There are persistent and recurring issues that suggest systemic problems which cannot be ignored. The frequency and nature of these failures raise serious red flags. I seriously doubt whether the staff have genuinely met their professional training standards, as they consistently struggle with fundamental communication skills, display a complete absence of empathy, show minimal understanding, and demonstrate particularly poor telephone manners.
