The staff were incredibly discourteous, brazenly fabricating claims about booking times that contradicted their own website. They instructed me to call at 8am, but the phone line was perpetually engaged. Despite the clinic appearing almost empty with no apparent rush, their phone remained unresponsive. It's clear they have zero intention of providing genuine assistance. Securing a GP appointment seems virtually impossible. I'm left questioning the purpose of their receptionist, who seemingly exists only to redirect patients with unhelpful and misleading instructions. Their service is utterly deplorable, falling far short of the basic support one would expect from a healthcare facility. I strongly advise against dealing with them, as you'll encounter nothing but frustration and exasperation.
