Terrible medical practice with unhelpful rude receptionists

This is an absolutely terrible healthcare facility. My son has been unwell for three weeks, and their online support requires at least an hour of waiting. The receptionists, Sharon and Jay Halai, are incredibly frustrating. My son is sick and has missed four days of school, and this practice is doing nothing to help. This woodland medical practice desperately needs improvement, particularly with their reception staff. They are extremely discourteous and completely unhelpful. When you call at 7:59, the surgery is closed, but the moment it's 8:00, you're caller number 18 or 20, and by the time your turn comes, they claim all appointments are gone. If you explain that you called precisely at 8:00, they simply respond that it's not their problem. When requesting a next-day appointment, they instruct you to call first thing in the morning, and for future appointments, they state the slots aren't open yet. I cannot comprehend how one is supposed to secure an appointment. Consider how these receptionists, Sharon and Jay, might treat elderly patients. The medical department urgently needs to investigate this surgery's operations.
