This establishment is a complete disaster that deteriorates annually. They specifically instructed me to see a female clinician and when I inquired about combining two appointments including a routine smear, they promised to return my call but never did. Despite being booked for a supposedly necessary in-practice appointment, I arrived and checked in. After an extended wait, I discovered the doctor I was scheduled with wasn't even on-site but working remotely - and they suggested they could simply call me instead! I wasted my entire trip for absolutely nothing, received zero medical assistance, and was essentially told to return later! It's utterly ridiculous. General practitioners can't be bothered to see patients, potentially calling back in two months if you're fortunate. Then they compel you to come in only to refuse treatment! The staff are completely incompetent at scheduling appointments and consistently ignore phone calls. Operating a reception desk isn't complicated. The individual who mishandled my booking was named Lita. This isn't an isolated incident. They consistently create problems. Previously, when I was meant to collect sample materials, they hadn't prepared anything! They casually suggested returning another time. They demonstrate zero respect for patients' time. It took escalating to a manager to actually obtain the sample materials. The receptionist even lied about the manager's presence when she was literally standing right behind her! Their staff's conduct is absolutely deplorable. A blood test was botched due to "unexpected circumstances", requiring me to return and repeat the test - further evidence of their organizational incompetence. They consistently fail to follow through on promises to organize anything or return calls. They cannot properly book appointments nor provide any meaningful assistance - they merely waste patients' time. Every time you require testing, the GP claims reception will schedule it. They never do, forcing patients to chase and hope - and even as the first caller, you'll wait at least 30 minutes.
