This practice is terrible. I recently relocated to the area and switched to their clinic. I haven't experienced a single positive interaction with them. The management and administration desperately require a complete restructuring. The transfer process was incredibly frustrating. I had to make numerous phone calls and repeatedly email my documents. The reception staff consistently appear overwhelmed and burdened by administrative tasks. Getting an appointment seems nearly impossible, as if you must sacrifice something precious. I'm extremely fortunate to have access to a private GP; otherwise, I would have faced significant healthcare challenges with this clinic. After persistent calling, I finally secured a blood test, but no one followed up to discuss the results or develop a treatment plan. I sincerely hope the clinic's leadership reviews this feedback and implementing critical improvements, especially given the numerous negative reviews. It's abundantly clear that substantial changes are urgently needed.
