Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

Attempting to schedule an appointment here is incredibly challenging. The moment Econsult opens, it seems to be fully booked. Trying to secure a slot by phone is nearly impossible, and the reception staff have been particularly unhelpful and dismissive. During my consultation, a doctor interrupted me mid-sentence and then mockingly chuckled, which left me feeling so uncomfortable that I fell silent. Additionally, they've repeatedly failed to follow through on phone appointments. The overall service quality is absolutely abysmal. They desperately need to improve their professional standards and communication.
