A single star is far too generous for this deeply flawed medical practice. Profit clearly trumps patient care, with an approach that feels systematically impersonal. The reception staff come across as confrontational and defensive, completely opposite to the welcoming attitude one would expect. The GP seems intentionally distanced from patient interaction, creating multiple bureaucratic barriers to access. Their consultation process is frustratingly rigid - you're confined to an impossibly narrow morning window to request a telephone appointment, with no guarantee of actually receiving a call that day. Diagnostic processes are equally problematic, with test results often delayed for days, leaving patients in unnecessary uncertainty. Their poor performance in local GP rankings is entirely justified. My recommendation would be to seek out a practice that actually demonstrates competence and patient-centered care. This practice has consistently failed to meet even basic healthcare expectations. The sole bright spot is Saeed, who stands out as courteous, compassionate, and professionally excellent. If only the rest of the practice reflected his standards. Despite an advantageous location, the overall experience is comprehensively disappointing.
