Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

In the past, this medical practice was well-managed and efficient. Now, patient care seems to be their least important concern. The reception staff are shockingly discourteous and desperately need training in basic telephone etiquette and professionalism. Securing an appointment is exponentially more challenging than obtaining tickets to a sold-out concert - and with a far less satisfactory outcome. As a result of my profound disappointment, I've transitioned to BUPA due to the overwhelming incompetence of this medical centre. During my BUPA induction, I was instructed to request a Medical Questionnaire completion from St John's. It's a straightforward form that should take mere minutes to process. I was informed I would need to pay £45 and wait 28 days for the form's return. At £45, I anticipated a significantly quicker turnaround, and I'm genuinely perplexed why I should continue supporting the NHS through taxation when receiving such substandard service and apparent indifference. Ultimately: this clinic requires a comprehensive restructuring, new leadership, and a fundamental recommitment to placing patient welfare at the absolute forefront of their operations.
