Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

I can't fathom how anyone with self-respect could tolerate working in this deplorable medical facility. Every interaction with BVS is a frustrating ordeal, from attempting to schedule a doctor's appointment (only to discover you'll be seeing a nurse practitioner) to obtaining test results delivered by an unqualified receptionist incapable of addressing follow-up inquiries. I was informed about arthritis indicators through mocking laughter! After requesting a meeting with the practice manager, I've been waiting three weeks with zero communication. Their interpersonal skills are utterly abysmal. The facility resembles an abandoned space, with unused furniture scattered throughout consulting rooms, and the medical staff appearing thoroughly demoralized and disheveled. I endured a 45-minute wait because they lacked the necessary equipment to examine my mole, with no courtesy update during my time in their dreary waiting area. Eventually, I was casually told the mole was insignificant and, with apparent satisfaction, informed that any dermatology referral would take 18 months and wouldn't be authorized. Customer-focused? Absolutely not - patients are treated like nuisances. Their front desk and phone handling are atrocious, with staff readily hanging up on anyone daring to voice a complaint. Remember, they receive patient registration funding, so consider taking your healthcare elsewhere.
