I'm baffled by the glowing 5-star reviews this medical practice has received. As a parent of two children, being forced to switch to this local GP has been an absolute nightmare. The entire experience, from the front desk to the clinical staff, has been subpar. A month ago, our toddler needed urgent care, and despite 111's recommendation that the GP should offer emergency slots, they had none available - forcing us to seek help at the emergency room and after-hours clinic. Recently, we faced similar issues with our newborn, again ending up at an after-hours service due to their staffing shortages. Their scheduling is terrible, with patients waiting weeks for appointments. During the 8-week vaccination, I was particularly concerned when I noticed a small amount of vaccine leaking back into the syringe after it was removed from my child's leg, which seemed unprofessional and potentially concerning.
