Terrible medical service leaves patient frustrated and unheard

I've been anxiously anticipating a doctor's call, and when it finally came through, I said hello only to have the call abruptly disconnected. Frustrated, I contacted the medical practice to explain the situation, and the receptionist assured me the doctor would call back immediately. However, after waiting 45 agonizing minutes with no return call, I phoned again. This time, a staff member bluntly informed me that the doctor likely wouldn't be calling back tonight and suggested I try again in the morning 😡 This medical practice is absolutely terrible. It's nearly impossible to secure an in-person appointment, and when you do manage to get one, the waiting room is suspiciously empty, making the whole experience incredibly infuriating.
