Terrible medical service leaving patients frustrated and unheard

Spent two weeks desperately trying to secure a GP consultation during a critical health situation, only to be repeatedly frustrated. Endured an exhausting phone ordeal lasting over two and a half hours, only to be abruptly disconnected just as I reached the front of the queue. Utterly demoralizing encounter. John Smith Medical Centre's appointment booking system continues to deteriorate at an alarming rate.
