Terrible medical service that fails patients repeatedly

I'll share two experiences, though I could recount many more. 1. The medical staff and physicians are thoroughly inept. Recently, I required a prescription renewal for a cream, but instead of forwarding it to the pharmacy, they sent paracetamol twice. I've now surrendered and will purchase the cream directly from the pharmacy. I attempted to find the complaint process, but it's so convoluted, and I'm too unwell to pursue it. 2. The practice is incapable of executing even basic tasks like issuing repeat prescriptions. Each time I need a repeat, I must call or visit the surgery at least three to five times. They are completely incompetent and seemingly indifferent. Many patients, particularly those of South Asian origin, do not voice complaints about the substandard service. The management is abysmal, with no sense of accountability; their attitude appears to be that mistreating 'brown' and vulnerable patients is acceptable since they'll be compensated regardless. I desperately wish I could transfer to another medical practice, but unfortunately, that's not possible. I believe more individuals should share negative reviews to potentially instigate some meaningful change.
