Terrible medical service that nearly cost me thousands

Typically, I've been satisfied with their services, but a recent incident has shifted my perspective. After breaking my wrist, I needed a medical form completed for insurance to cancel a holiday. The initial phone call seemed promising, and they appeared responsive. However, five weeks later, it took them just one 5-minute call to hastily complete the form - after repeatedly delaying and changing their promised timeline. Upon reviewing the document, I discovered they had incorrectly filled out a critical question that could have invalidated my entire insurance claim and cost me £1,000! Some recommendations for the practice: Having only one person handle these administrative tasks is absurd - every reception staff member should be capable of addressing inquiries, rather than forcing patients to wait for a specific employee to return from holiday or sick leave. If processing a simple form genuinely takes five weeks for a 5-minute task, they should be transparent about this from the initial contact instead of giving false hope and misleading patients. Charging £42 for an incorrectly completed form is absolutely outrageous!!!!
