Terrible medical service with endless frustrating delays

This medical practice is far from satisfactory. Getting an appointment is incredibly challenging, and my GP seems practically nonexistent. On three separate occasions, while attempting to book an appointment, their system has crashed in less than three minutes. When I've called to schedule a slot, I was dismissed and told to retry the following morning. This approach is completely unacceptable, especially for patients needing urgent medical attention. They're clearly overwhelmed with too many patients and insufficient medical staff, causing patients to suffer needlessly. Their communication is abysmal - they promise callback, which can take up to three days, demonstrating a total lack of patient care. This situation has persisted for years, with seemingly no intention to improve. The pharmacy side is equally problematic. I've actually transferred to another chemist because they consistently fail to stock complete medication orders. Despite having computerized systems, there's zero coordination between doctors and pharmacists. A doctor will declare medication is ready, but the pharmacy claims they haven't received the prescription, leaving patients in perpetual limbo. This entire system desperately needs immediate overhaul. Absolutely deserving of one star.
