Terrible medical service with unhelpful receptionists

It appears this is a recurring problem, judging by the numerous negative reviews. After submitting an online form, I received a callback only to be informed that I must wait three days to determine if the GP considers my case urgent. Despite explicitly stating the urgency of my situation, I was dismissed. Since when do receptionists or doctors have the right to judge the severity of my personal experience? Clearly, the person experiencing the issue knows best. I wouldn't have requested an immediate appointment if it wasn't critical. Many people cannot afford to wait three days just to learn whether they'll even get an appointment. I'm thoroughly disappointed and strongly advise others to avoid this medical practice. The receptionist behaves like a typical healthcare gatekeeper, acting as if they know more about my condition than I do. They seem more interested in dictating terms than listening. Absolutely unacceptable service. 0/10.
