Terrible medical service with zero communication

Hi, I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, January 11th, 2023. On Thursday, the doctor called, but I unfortunately missed the call while in the bathroom. When I tried to call back to the GP, the receptionist told me to book another appointment online, which I did. She said the doctor would call at 5 PM, but I waited until 6 PM with no call. When I called again on Friday, the receptionist told me to call back on Monday. I asked him to have the doctor contact me directly, but he refused. This is completely unacceptable! The reception staff are not being honest and are unhelpful. They seem to not care about patients at all, as if they wouldn't even care if someone died! Their communication is terrible, and they provide incorrect guidance while being dishonest. They show no compassion for patients' well-being. It's truly heartbreaking.
