Terrible medical service with zero communication skills

Absolutely dreadful medical practice I've ever encountered. Attempted to book an appointment on Monday 3rd to modify my medication. Told the GP would return my call that day. They didn't contact me until the following day, and were uncertain about changing the prescription, requiring consultation with the pharmacist. Apparently, the pharmacist only works Wednesdays. Wednesday passed without resolution. Thursday, I phoned the surgery, enduring 20 minutes on hold with no one answering. When finally connected, I inquired about my prescription. The receptionist claimed the doctor had completed it, but upon verification, they hadn't fulfilled my specific request. Additionally, they arbitrarily changed my pharmacy without notification. Friday, I returned to the surgery requesting a callback, which never materialized. Another phone call resulted in 48 minutes of waiting, consistently in first position, clearly avoiding my call. Eventually connecting, I again requested the doctor's callback. Meanwhile, visiting the pharmacy revealed the GP had sent another identical prescription to the one needing modification. At 17:30, I called seeking discussion about their incompetence, receiving a text with the same unchanged prescription. Monday 10th, during my appointment, I was assured the GP would call before 16:30. That time passed, and she left at 4 pm. Anticipating what further incompetence awaits tomorrow.
